Terms of Use

The resources that Kappa-Delta Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity ("KDKS") makes available to you are subject to Terms of Use ("Terms").     

i. Additional Documents; Edits. These Terms cannot be modified, added to, or amended by other document(s) without additionally being accepted by you and KDKS.  However, KDKS holds the right to edit the Terms without your notification. Your engagements with KDKS resources justifies your acceptance of and acknowledgement to such changes.

ii. Consent for Commercial Use. The web sites of KDKS are for your personal use only. You will not use the KDKS web sites for commercial purposes without first requesting and being granted such rights. You can make make such a request at Contact Us 

iii. No Harmful Use of the KDKS Web Sites. You will not engage in any harmful acts against the Kappa-Delta Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity web sites or those web sites accessible through KDKS.      

iv. Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to KDKS. KDKS does accept your information when when an inquiry is made via email, through the forum, or ListServ.  Your information is used solely to assist you.
